Privacy Policy.

Last updated: April 6, 2026 · Effective: April 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PivotEdge LLC ("PivotEdge," "we," "us," or "our") at www.pivotedge.io collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the website, create an account, join a plan, build watchlists, or receive level digests and account notifications.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect account details such as your email address, authentication identifiers, plan status, and watchlist preferences. When you use the product, we may also collect settings, email and digest preferences, ticker selections, and usage activity needed to operate the service.

1a. Automatically Collected Data

When you visit PivotEdge, our hosting and application infrastructure may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and basic diagnostic logs. We use this information for security, debugging, fraud prevention, and service reliability.

This information is handled through our infrastructure providers, including Vercel and Supabase, and is not used to profile you for advertising or unrelated commercial resale.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide PivotEdge features, support subscriptions, send digests and account messages you request, improve product performance, and protect the platform from misuse.

We may also use usage patterns and product analytics to understand which pages, flows, and devices are being used so we can improve the experience over time.

2a. Your Watchlists and Trade Data

Ticker selections, watchlists, alert preferences, generated PAL levels, reference maps, and scenario setups you configure within PivotEdge are used solely to deliver the features you enable. This data is not sold, shared with third parties for commercial purposes, used for outside market research, or disclosed to financial institutions.

Your trading activity and preferences inside PivotEdge remain private to your account except where disclosure is required to operate the service, process billing, send requested emails, comply with law, or protect the platform.

3. Authentication, Payments, and Infrastructure

PivotEdge relies on third-party infrastructure providers to operate core services. These providers may process information on our behalf for authentication, hosting, analytics, email delivery, and billing.

4. Digests, Emails, and Exports

If you enable watchlist digests or request account-related messages, we may send emails connected to your account activity. Those emails can include ticker symbols, generated levels, watchlist context, and plan-related notifications necessary to deliver the feature you selected.

Alert and transactional email delivery may be handled through Resend as part of operating the service.

5. Analytics and Cookies

PivotEdge uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure site traffic and understand how visitors navigate the product. Vercel Web Analytics is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not rely on traditional cross-site tracking cookies.

If we materially change the analytics or cookie behavior of the site in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, provide a consent mechanism at the point of collection.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers that help us run PivotEdge, process payments, send emails, host the site, or analyze product usage, but only as needed to support the service.

7. Data Retention

We retain account information, watchlists, preferences, and operational records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and whether an account remains active.

8. Your Choices

You can choose whether to keep using PivotEdge, whether to subscribe, and whether to enable digest emails. You may also contact us to request account-related support or data-handling questions.

If you stop using the service, some records may still be retained for security, compliance, billing, or legitimate business purposes.

8a. Data Access, Correction, and Export

Regardless of where you are located, you may contact us at support@pivotedge.io to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request export of your account data in a commonly used format where technically feasible.

We may ask you to verify ownership of the email address associated with your account before fulfilling these requests.

8b. Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your PivotEdge account and associated personal data, contact us at support@pivotedge.io with the subject line Account Deletion Request. We will review and process verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Some information may still be retained after deletion where required for legal, billing, tax, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons, as described in this policy.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@pivotedge.io. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days as required by law.

9a. Verification

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized requests, we may verify your identity before fulfilling data-access, deletion, or CCPA requests. Verification typically involves confirming control of the email address associated with your account and, where needed, requesting limited additional information solely for verification purposes.

10. Children’s Privacy

PivotEdge is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Because the product relates to trading and financial market workflows, it is not designed for minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

If you believe a minor has provided personal information to PivotEdge without appropriate consent, contact us at support@pivotedge.io and we will investigate and delete the information where appropriate.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, infrastructure, or legal obligations. Material changes may be communicated to registered users by email, and the updated version becomes effective when posted on this page.

Continued use of PivotEdge after a revision takes effect means the updated policy applies going forward.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections for data in transit and access controls for core account systems. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we take commercially reasonable steps to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at support@pivotedge.io immediately.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

PivotEdge may include links to third-party platforms and services, including social, community, analytics, hosting, billing, support, and email-delivery providers. Those third-party destinations are not controlled by PivotEdge and are not governed by this Privacy Policy.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our site.

14. Legal Basis for Processing

Where applicable law requires us to identify a legal basis for processing personal information, we generally rely on contractual necessity to operate your account and subscription, legitimate interests to secure and improve the service, legal compliance to meet applicable obligations, and consent where you opt into specific communications such as digest emails or promotional messages.

15. International Data Transfers

PivotEdge is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our providers operate, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

By using PivotEdge, you acknowledge this transfer and our use of reasonable safeguards to protect your data consistent with this policy.
