PivotEdge is an educational and informational software tool. Nothing on the site, in exported PDFs, in emails, or in any generated reference map or export constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or a recommendation regarding any security or cryptocurrency.
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the service.
PivotEdge LLC is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or commodity trading advisor. Use of PivotEdge does not create any advisory or fiduciary relationship between you and PivotEdge LLC.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use PivotEdge. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
PivotEdge offers paid access plans billed through Stripe. Access may be granted by request, and prices, plan features, and usage limits may change over time, but changes will not retroactively affect billing periods that have already been paid.
All subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at support@pivotedge.io and we will review your case.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period already paid.
Free trials, if offered, will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes, without limitation:
Market data is provided through third-party services. Data can be delayed, incomplete, revised, or temporarily unavailable. PivotEdge does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free data delivery.
Where the platform references the “last completed session,” “last completed bar,” or similar terms, those references depend on market calendars, provider timing, and system logic.
PivotEdge may send level digest emails, watchlist updates, and exported documents associated with your account activity. Delivery timing is not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing the generated levels and reference maps before acting on any information from the service.
PivotEdge LLC assumes no liability for decisions or executions based on level digest emails or exported content.
PivotEdge, including its branding, layouts, generated reference-map formats, PivotEdge Adaptive Logic (PAL), and website content, is owned by PivotEdge LLC or its licensors. You may use the service for your personal or internal market research workflow, but you may not resell, republish, or redistribute the service as a competing product.
PivotEdge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PivotEdge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all users. Past performance of any pivot level, reference map, or scenario does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your capital and that PivotEdge LLC assumes no responsibility for any trading losses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PivotEdge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access to PivotEdge if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, or create risk to the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.
PivotEdge LLC also reserves the right to discontinue free plans or modify access tiers at any time with reasonable notice.
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted. Your continued use of PivotEdge after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
